Ingredients:
- Minced pork meat
- Pig intestines
- Oil
- Spices
How to do:
Minced meat mixed with spices and stuff into intestines. Make in the shape of sausages which are called in Latvian as Kupāti, then place them into the hot pan with oil, add little water and simmer for 8-12 minutes. When the water evaporates, kupātus fry on both sides until golden brown. Bon appetit!
