Recipe:
Devide pork ribs into portions, sprinkled with salt, pepper and grated garlic. Leave to marinate for 3 hours.
Cut the onion into rings and place on a tray, with ribs on top of the onions. Cover everything with foil and bake in oven at 200C for 45 min.
Serve with stewed cabbage and fried potatoes.
