Recipe:
The day before cooking, the ribs are marinated in a spice marinade - garlic, pepper, salt, oil.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, then turn the ribs to the other side and bake until they are golden brown!
Peel the potatoes, cut and mix with the spices - salt, rosemary, pepper, oil, place on a tray in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy!
